This series is a volume within an ongoing body of work that explores my identity, inheritance and alchemy's intersection with organic organisms, as it relates to my experience of growing into a woman without a mother.

This body of work uses photographic materials as a vehicle to create biological landscapes reminiscent of  menstrual blood, clusters of cells or early life on earth. 

These pieces are created by using the alternative process, Mordancage.
